The UN Commission of Inquiry (COI) on Human Rights in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea released a report on February 17, 2014. The COI concluded that even at the moment of releasing the report, crimes against humanity are ongoing in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
