[학술논문] 북한이탈주민의 자기효능감이 남한사회문화적응에 미치는 영향: 경제적 적응의 조절효과를 중심으로
본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 자기효능감이 그들의 남한사회문화적응에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 인천, 서울, 안산, 원주에 거주하는 북한이탈주민 209명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 북한이탈주민은 남한사회에서 거주기간이 길어질수록, 연령이 낮아질수록 남한사회에 대한 언어나 문화적인 측면에서 이질감이 낮게 나타났다. 반면, 나이나 거주기간이 탈북이주민의 낮은 사회적 지위에 대한 지각, 차별감 및 편견을 극복하는데 사회적응에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 북한이탈주민은 남한에 오랜 기간 거주해도 그들에 대한 차별감이나 편견을 극복하지 못하며 대부분 살아가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 북한이탈주민이 남한사회에서 사회문화적응에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 요인은 개인의 내적요인인 자기효능감임이...

[학술논문] 북한이탈 청년의 문화적응에 따른 군집유형별 문화적응 스트레스, 일상적 차별감, 남/북 공동체 지지 간 차이
본 연구의 목적은 성인진입기 북한이탈 청년의 문화적응 유형을 분류하고 그에 따른 심리사회적 특성의 차이를 살펴보는 것이다. 또한 본 연구는 다차원 문화적응 모델을 기반으로 원문화 및 주류문화에 대한 문화지향성을 문화적 행동과 가치라는 두 개 영역으로 구분하여 문화적응 하위유형을 분류하였다. 이를 위해 20대 북한이탈 청년 94명(남: 38명, 여: 56명)을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하고 군집분석과 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 북한이탈 청년의 문화적응은 세 개 유형으로 분류되었다: ‘(남한문화 행동이 적은) 부분 통합’, ‘(북한문화 행동․가치가 보통인) 부분 분리’, ‘(남한문화 행동이 우세한) 동화.’ 한편, ‘(남한문화...
