...'persistent' pursuit of the market as a facilitator to economic development is a unique feature only in the Kim Jong-un era. South Korea needs a new method to promote inter-Korean economic cooperation that matches the three core elements and, for this aim, this paper proposes a new method of a B 2 B platform connecting both Koreas to each other to facilitate inter-Korean economic cooperation.
