(서울=연합뉴스) 박수윤 기자 = 북한이 러시아가 주최하는 '제8회 국제 에너지 주간 포럼'(Russian Energy Week International Forum·REW)에 참석한다.
만성적인 전력난에 시달리는 북한이 러시아로부터 에너지를 확보하는 방안을 논의할지 주목된다.
조선중앙통신은 14일 김유일 전력공업상을 단장으로 하는 대표단이 전날 포럼 참석차 평양국제비행장에서 출발했다고 보도했다.
