[학위논문] 北韓 男女平等에 관한 法制硏究
...人民保健法에서는 예방의학의 중요성을 강조하고 母子保健을 위하여 醫師擔當區域制를 실시하는 등 無償治療의 社會保障規程도 두고 있다. 북한 사회체제의 특성인 集團主義體制의 특성을 잘 보여주고 있는 刑法에서도 어린이와 여성을 위한 특별규정을 두고 있다. 그러나 北韓 社會主義體制는 法위에 勞動黨의 강령과 金日成, 金正日의 敎示가 우선하는 특수한 사회체제이기 때문에 Marx Engels의 女性解放理論도, Lenin의 女性에 대한 家事勞動 解放理論과도 相異한 체제를 고수하고 있다. 오로지 北韓社會主義의 실현을 위하여 男女平等이라는 명목아래 女性들을 社會勞動과 革命課業에 참여시키기 위하여 체제수립초기부터 노동에 참여시켜왔다. 同一賃金의 실현은 물론 이루어지지 않고 있으며 인용된 자료에서 확인한 바에 의하면, 중요한 정책결정기구인...
