[뉴스] 미·러 핵군축조약 만료에 북한도 핵 질주 가속하나

미국과 러시아 간 마지막 핵 군축 조약인 신전략무기감축조약(<em>New</em> START·뉴스타트)이 5일 만료됨에 따라 핵보유국 지위를 꿈꾸는 북한이 어떻게 반응할지 주목된다. 미국과 러시아가 2010년 체결한 뉴스타트는 조약 연장에 대한 양측의 견해가 일치하지 않으면서 한국시간 이날 오전 9시(그리니치 표준시 기준 5일 자정)를 기해 만료됐다.
