[학술논문] The KAL 858 Incident in 1987 and the Stances of the ROK, the US, and Japan
... cooperated to condemn the DPRK and impose sanctions. However, after the inauguration of the Roh Tae-woo administration, the ROK, the US, and Japan were less willing to consider military retaliation or stronger sanctions, even as they condemned the DPRK. This study suggests that ROK-US-Japan cooperated during the 1987 Korea contingency.
