[학술논문] 신년사로 본 김일성․김정일의 대남인식과 대남정책 비교
이 연구는 북한의 지도자인 김일성 시대와 김정일 시대의 남한에 대한 인식과 남북관계에는 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 살펴보고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 본 분석 결과의 요약은 김일성보다는 김정일이 남한에 대해 부정/긍정적인 용어를 많이 사용하였으며 긍정적인 관계도 많았지만 이에 못지않게 부정적인 관계도 많았음을 알 수 있다. 다시 말해 김일성 시대와 김정일 시대 공히 긍정/부정인식에 무관하게 긍정관계, 부정관계는 증가하는데 김일성 때는 미미하게 발생되는 반면 김정일 때는 매우 두드러지게 부정관계가 많이 발생되고 있다. 특히 부정인식 때 부정관계가 증가하는 것은 이해할 수 있지만 김정일 시대에 긍정으로 인식할수록 부정관계가 크게 증가된다는 것은 이해가 되지 않는 것으로 일반적인 관념과는 상이한 결과라 하겠다. 또한,...

[학술논문] 북한 체육정책의 변화에 대한 연구
본 연구는 북한체육과 관련된 문헌들을 분석하여 김일성, 김정일, 김정은 시대 순으로 북한의 체육정책 변화를 기술하였다. 김일성 시대는 1945년부터 1970년대까지로, 정권초기에 마르크스-레닌주의에 기반을 둔 구소련의 체육정책을 받아드렸으나 1950년대 후반부터 ‘주체사상’에 기반을 둔 ‘주체체육’을 중심으로 노동력과 체육의 대중화, 생활화정책을 통해 노동력과 국방력을 강화하였으며, 정권의 중후반부터는 엘리트 체육도 발전시켜 선전에 이용하였다. 김정일시대는 1980년대부터 2011년까지로 ‘주체체육’을 계승 하였으나, 사회주의 국가들의 붕괴와 경제침체로 체육기반은 약화되었으며, 체육정책은 수동적으로 실시되었다. 김정은 시대는 2012년부터 현재까지로...
