[학술논문] Narrativization of Religious Conversion: “Christian Passage” of North Korean Refugees in South Korea
1990년대 중반이후 급증한 남한 입국 북한이주민 대다수가 자신들의 종교적 정체성을 기독교에 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 글은 기독교로 개종한 북한이주민들이 한국 또는 해외 교회에 초대되어 연행하는 간증에 주목했다. 간증은 종교적 언어이며, 기독교의 대표적 의례중 하나이다. 북한이주민 신자들은 남한 기독교로의 개종 과정에서 남한 기독교 의례를 습득하고, 자신들의 종교적 체험을 성서적 언어로 재해석하여 구술구조에 적합하게 구성한다. 하여, 이 글은 북한이주민 개종 내러티브를 분석함으로써, 그 안에 반영된 한국 기독교의 언어 문화를 조명하고, 북한이주민 개종이 지닌 함의를 분단 맥락에서 고찰한다. 연구자의 현지조사 자료와 개인의 내러티브 비교분석을 통해, 고난/북쪽/과거와 그 대립항인 축복/남쪽/현재, 나아가...
