[학위논문] 시진핑 집권기 대북정책 변화에 관한 연구, 2012-2019 - 정치지도자의 국내정치적 이해관계를 중심으로 -
본 논문은 갈등과 우호의 극적인 변화가 두드러졌던 시진핑 집권기(2012∼2019년) 중국의 대북정책 변화요인을 정치지도자 시진핑의 국내정치적 이해관계를 중심으로 분석한다. 북한과 공개 비방을 주고받을 정도로 갈등을 겪었던 시진핑 집권 1기의 대북정책은 집권 2기에 접어들어 약 1년 3개월 동안 5차례의 정상회담을 진행할 정도로 우호적으로 변화하였다. 종래 학계는 시진핑 집권기 중국의 대북정책 결정요인을 미·중 관계, 중국의 對한반도 영향력 확대, 중국의 국가정체성 변경 등으로 설명해왔다. 그러나 시진핑 집권기의 대북정책 변화가 워낙 극적이었기 때문에, 그러한 변화를 일관성 있게 설명하는 것은 상당한 난제로 여겨졌다.
