[학술논문] 북한이탈 여성의 월경규칙성에 따른 외상경험 차이

본 연구는 131명의 북한이탈여성을 대상으로 월경 규칙성 문제와 북한 내와 탈북과정에서 겪은 외상경험의 실태를 조사하고, 월경규칙성에 따른 외상경험의 차이를 조사하기 위한 서술적 연구이다. 연구결과 불규칙 월경은 35.1%로 나타났다. 대상자의 외상경험은 북한 내와 탈북과정에서 각각 성학대가 6.9%와 5.3%, 인신 매매가 27.5%와 22.9%, 식량과 물 부족으로 생명의 위협을 느낀 경험이 42.7%와 27.4% 등 인권이 심각하게 유린된 상태였다. 대상자의 월경 규칙성에 따라 외상 경험의 차이를 보였다. 즉 불규칙월경이 있는 대상자에 게서 외상경험정도가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 북한이탈여성의 생식건강을 도모할 수 있는 프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하였다는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 다음과
