[학술논문] 통일 이후 북한지역 적정 일차간호인력 수급 추계
연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 통일 이후 남북한 건강격차를 비용 효과적으로 해소하기 위하여 북한지역에 지역사회 기반의 일차보건의료를 제공할 수 있는 적정 일차간호인력의 수급을 추계하고 공급방안을 제안하기 위함이다. 연구방법: 북한의 간호인력 양성체계와 수급현황을 파악하기 위하여 재북 당시 간호원으로 근무한 경험이 있는 6명의 북한이탈주민을 면담하였다. 면담과 문헌고찰 결과를 기반으로 통일 이후 북한지역 적정 일차간호인력의 수급을 추계하였다. 연구결과: 북한 간호원은 2년 교육과정의 간호학교와 6개월 교육과정의 군 간호원 양성소에서 매년 2,100～2,700명의 간호원을 양성하는 것으로 추정된다. 통일 이후 북한지역 적정 일차간호인력은 84,160～105,200명이 필요하고, 공급에 있어서는 31,586～52,626명이
