[학술논문] 미국의 새로운 전투수행 개념 발전과 한국군에 대한 함의
...전쟁에 집중하는 동안 러시아, 중국 등 수정주의 국가들이 급성장하면서 미국에 대한 위협세력이 되었고 미국은 이에 대한 준비가 부족했다는 것이다. 2017년 트럼프행정부는 국가안보전략서 발표를 통해 수정주의 국가들의 위협을 핵심위협으로 상정했고 이에 대한 대비를 시작했다. 그 결과 등장한 것이 다영역작전(Multi-Domain Operation)인데, 이것은 지상, 해상, 공중, 우주 및 사이버 등 모든 작전영역에서 적을 압도하기 위한 작전술이다. 다영역작전이 성공하기 위해서는 이를 구현할 수 있는 전투수행 개념의 발전과 전력 구비가 필수적이다. 미국은 미래사령부를 창설하여 이와 같은 미래 업무를 총괄하도록 했다. 미래사령부의 핵심임무는 미래 전투수행 개념을 구체화하면서 육군이 설정한 미래 6대 전력을 현대화하는...

...한국인들을 포섭하여 공작활동에 활용하는 것이라면, 탈북민 위장공작은 가짜 탈북민을 해외를 통해 국내로 보내며 공작하는 방식이다.
세 번째 유형은 ‘사이버 공작’이다. 이 유형은 20세기말 전세계 정보기술혁명을 통해 새롭게 나타난 북한의 공작유형이다. 북한도 정보기술을 빠르게 받아들이면서 대남 혹은 대외공작 방법을 급속도로 발전시키고 있다. 본 연구에서 사이버 공작 유형은 다시 해킹·테러 공작, 심리전 공작, 금전 탈취 공작 등으로 재분류하였다.
