[학술논문] 북한산생태탐방원의 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구 - 전통적 IPA와 수정 IPA의 적용 -

본 연구는 전통적 IPA와 Vavra와 Deng의 수정 IPA를 활용한 비교분석을 통해 북한산생태탐방원의 효율적인 운영방안을 제공하고자 수행되었다. 설문조사는 총 704부를 분석에 사용하였으며 설문 측정항목은 북한산생태탐방원의 특징을 반영한 25개의 측정항목으로 구성하였다. 전통적 IPA 분석 결과, 전체적으로 선형적 관계가 보이며 중요도와 성취도 간의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 판단되어 수정 IPA 결과 간의 공통측정항목과 3가지 IPA 결과의 공통측정항목을 바탕으로 비교·분석하였다. 분석 결과 3가지 IPA 결과의 공통측정항목 중 Ⅰ, Ⅲ사분면은 수정 IPA 결과 간의 공통측정항목과 일치하였으며 Ⅱ, Ⅳ사분면은 나타나지 않았다. 수정 IPA 결과 간의 Ⅰ사분면 공통측정항목은 생태탐방원 접근성, 프로그램...
