[학술논문] 북한이탈주민 초진 외래환자를 위한 의료 서비스 경험 디자인 연구
2018년 현재 대한민국에 거주하는 북한이탈주민은 3만 명을 넘어섰다. 그러나 북한이탈주민의 남한 병원 이용에서의 경험 수준은 남한 출신의 사람들보다 취약한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 기존의 서비스 디자인 방법론을 통해북한이탈주민의 전반적인 의료 서비스 경험을 조사하고 개선하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 이에 발견 단계에서는 문헌조사(literature research), 현장 관찰(field observation), 심층 인터뷰 (In-depth interview)를 진행하여 북한이탈주민의 의료 서비스 현황과 병원 이용 경험에 있어서 발생하는 문제 사항을 수집 및 정리하였다. 정의 단계에서는수집한 자료를 친화도법(affinity diagram)을 통해 문제를 정의하고 범주화 하였으며, 이를 통해 북한이탈주민을 위한...
