[학위논문] 김정은 시대 과학기술연구조직 변화 연구 - 국가과학원을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 김정은 시대 북한 과학기술연구조직의 변화를 분석하여 북한 과학기술의 특징과 현황을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 1980년 제6차 당대회 이후 36년 만인 2016년에 개최된 7차 당대회에서 김정은은 ‘과학기술부문에서의 첨단돌파’와 ‘과학기술을 통한 경제강국 건설’을 강조하며 ‘과학기술을 통한 사회주의강국 건설’을 목표로 내세우고 관련 계획을 제시하였다. 특히 ‘과학연구개발체계정비 강화’ 계획에는 북한 과학기술연구조직의 구조와 역할 변화를 언급하고 있다. 이 계획의 주요 내용은 ‘전문과학연구기관들을 현실발전의 요구에 맞게 정비’하고 ‘새로운 첨단과학기술부문의 연구기관들을 조직’하며
