[학위논문] 유엔의 대북 무기 금수 위반 요인 분석 : 아프리카 사례를 중심으로 2006-2018
유엔 안보리는 2006년 이래 북한이 국제사회의 설득과 압력에도 불구하고 6차례 실행한 핵실험을 세계 평화와 안보에 위협으로 규정하고 북한에 대해 무기 금수에서 시작하여 무역 등 경제 전반에까지 제재를 확대해 왔다. 아프리카 국가들은 유엔의 무기 금수 제재에 관해 여타 지역에 비해 가장 빈번하게 제재 결의를 위반하고 이행보고서 제출이 부진한 등 비협조적인 것이 유엔 제재 감시 위원회 보고서에 나타났다. 본 논문의 목적은 이러한 아프리카 국가들의 행태의 요인을 구성주의적 관점에서 아프리카와 북한 간 협력 관계의 역사적 측면, 자유주의 이론에 따른 아프리카 국가들의 국내 정치 제도적 측면, 그리고 북한과 무기 거래의 편익적 측면에서 접근으로 규명하고자 하는 것이다.
