[학위논문] 김정은 통치 리더십의 기원과 동학, 지속 가능성에 관한 연구 : 북한 '수령론'과 서구 리더십 이론의 교차적용 및 델파이 분석
...연구에 청소년기를 포함한 것은 김정은의 리더십을 형성하는 데 있어 10대 시절 수년 간의 스위스 유학이 많은 영향을 미쳤을 것이란 판단에서다.
연구 결과 김정은의 통치 리더십은 자신의 실력이나 풍모·역량보다는 이른바 ‘백두혈통’이라 불리는 김일성 일가의 혈연에 의해 구축되고 세습된 ‘정통성(legitimacy)’이 부여된 것으로 분석됐다. 이는 본 연구가 문헌 조사 외에 보다 실증적인 결과 도출을 위해 시행한 델파이 조사에서도 확인, 검증된다. 또 김정은의 통치 스타일이나 리더십 행태를 심층 분석한 결과를 토대로 그의 리더십이 ‘유사 변혁적 리더’의 전형임을 입증했다.
