[학위논문] 북한기업의 성장을 위한 요인분석 : Delphi-AHP 분석 중심으로
...아닌 ‘경영’으로의 전환이 나타나고 있는 배경이다. 이러한 배경 하에 본 연구는 김정은 시기의 북한기업, 특히 제조업 기업의 운영실태를 파악코자 하였다. 그 접근방법으로 ‘북한기업의 성장을 위한 주요요인은 무엇인가?’ 라는 질문을 북한기업 전문가들에게 던지고 그 대답을 분류, 분석하는 델파이 기법을 활용하였다. 이 질문을 통해 북한기업의 경영실태가 드러나고 향후 경영개선을 위한 시사점을 도출할 수 있다고 보았다. 또한 델파이를 통해 도출된 주요요인들을 계층화분석(AHP)을 통해 우선순위를 정함으로써 북한기업 경영개선을 위한 보다 명확한 방향성을 읽고자 하였다. 김정은 시기 경제가 강조되면서 ‘사회주의기업책임관리제’ 도입, ‘기업소법’ 등 각종 관련 법이 재정비되고 기업의 경영자율권 확대를 위한 제도적 개선이...

[학위논문] 통일 전후 북한 축산지원 사업의 우선순위 설정 및 미래예측
...설정하였다. 26개 우선순위가 설정된 항목들은 북한 축산업의 중요도, 실현시기, 현 수준, 총 사업비, 년 평균 전문 인력소요 등을 Delphi 설문조사 2회를 실시하여 미래예측을 하였다. AHP 의사결정법에서 대북 축산지원 우선순위에서의 중요도가 가장 높은 분야는 지역특화사업단지 조성으로 0.5889 수준을 보였으며, 가장 낮은 분야는 축산지원방향협의체 구성으로 0.3772 수준을 보였다. 0.3772는 절대측정법의 C등급 보통수준인 0.38보다 0.0028 낮은 미미한 차이로 실질적으로 26개 지원항목 전체가 미래 대북지원 사업에 매우 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.
