이러한 배경 하에 본 연구는 김정은 시기의 북한기업, 특히 제조업 기업의 운영실태를 파악코자 하였다. 그 접근방법으로 ‘북한기업의 성장을 위한 주요요인은 무엇인가?’ 라는 질문을 북한기업 전문가들에게 던지고 그 대답을 분류, 분석하는 델파이 기법을 활용하였다. 이 질문을 통해 북한기업의 경영실태가 드러나고 향후 경영개선을 위한 시사점을 도출할 수 있다고 보았다. 또한 델파이를 통해 도출된 주요요인들을 계층화분석(AHP)을 통해 우선순위를 정함으로써 북한기업 경영개선을 위한 보다 명확한 방향성을 읽고자 하였다. 김정은 시기 경제가 강조되면서 ‘사회주의기업책임관리제’ 도입, ‘기업소법’ 등 각종 관련 법이 재정비되고...
