[학위논문] 현대 북한의 가족제도에 관한 연구 : 가족의 사회적 재생산과 가족제도의 관계를 중심으로
본 논문은 심각한 경제위기로 국가의 물적 토대가 사실상 와해된 위기 상황에서 북한가족이 어떻게 대응하고 있는가 하는 문제의식에서 출발하고있다. 여타의 사회주의 국가들과 같이 북한 당국은 임금과 서비스의 분배자로서 인민과 가족에게 임금을 지불하는 동시에 배급, 의료, 교육 등의 사회서비스를 제공했지만, 1994년을 계기로 심화된 경제난과 식량난으로 더 이상 인민과 가족의 생활을 보장할 수 없는 총체적 위기상황에 직면했다. 이러한 상황에서 임님들을 먹여 살리는 것은 무엇이며, 또한 국가라는 공적영역이 담당했던 사회주의 제도적 공백을 가족이라는 사적 영역이 어떻게 채우고 잇는가 하는 것이 문제의 출발점이다.
이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 본 논문은 추상적 수준에서 논의되고 있는 북한 가족의 사회적 재생산
