본 연구는 취업 상담사 관점으로 본 초기 북한이탈주민의 취업 불안 관련 요인을 확인하고자 진행하였다. 앞서 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 확인한 취업 불안 관련 요인들과 비교하여 심도 있는 고찰을 하고, 취업 불안 측정 도구의 주요 항목 선정을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 북한이탈주민의 취업 전문 상담사 5명을 대상으로 2020년 3월 심층 면담(FGI)을 진행하였다. 초기 북한이탈주민의 취업 불안은 건강, 환경, 취업준비도와 밀접한 관련이 있었다. 구체적으로 초기 북한이탈주민의 취업 불안은 만성 질환을 포함한 신체적·심리적 건강, 정서적·사회적·경제적 환경 인지, 자아존중감, 자기효능감을 포함한 구직동기부여와 의사소통기술과 대인관계기술 그리고 문화 적응을 포함한 구직기술과
