[학위논문] 기업가정신이 비영리조직의 조직문화와 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 평화와 통일을 기반으로 한 비영리조직을 중심으로

현대사회가 글로벌하게 발전하면서 비영리조직의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 비영리조직들도 효율성과 효과성을 강조하여 보다 체계적인 조직운영을 하기 위하여 기업의 경영방식을 도입하고 있다. 비영리조직 중에서 평화와 통일을 기반으로 하는 여러 단체들을 대상으로 하였는데, 본 연구를 통하여 평화와 통일을 기반으로 하는 단체들이 보다 발전적인 모습을 가지기를 희망하였다. 설문조사의 단체는 평화와 통일을 기반으로 하는 비영리조직 중에서 중앙조직만 있는 조직과 중앙조직과 지부조직이 있는 조직을 나누었다. 또한 설문조사는 전체적으로 중앙조직 23개, 지부조직 150개의 조직, 총 173개 조직을 중심으로 350개의 설문지를 통해서 조사하였다. 변수의 내적일관성을 확보하기위해 신뢰도분석을 실시한 후에
