건강정보 문해력( Health Literacy)이란, ‘개인이 의료와 관련된 적절한 결정을 스스로 내리는데 필요한 기본적인 건강정보와 건강서비스를 제대로 얻고 처리하고 이해하는 능력’을 의미한다. 본 보고서는 이주민과 북한이탈주민 등에게 제공하는 교육관련 행정서비스 중에서 건강정보 문해력 향상을 위해 제공되는 행정서비스의 실태에 대하여 조사·분석하고 개선방안을 제시하려는 목적을 가지고 작성하였다. 이주민과 북한이탈주민은 우리 사회의 일원으로 정착할 수 있도록 지원해야할 행정서비스의 대상이며 사회적 취약계층이라고 할 수 있기 때문에 보다 세심한 정책적 배려가 필요해 보인다. 실태조사 결과, 이주민과 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 제공하는...
