[학술논문] Succession Politics in North Korea, 1964-1974: A Combination of Mobilization and Collaboration
...바탕으로 다음 세 가지를 주장한다. 첫째, 이 기간 동안의 승계과정을 보다 구체적으로 보면, 김정일 권력승계에 가장 중요한 역할을 수행한 세력은 초기에는 김일성, 중기에는 김정일 자신, 말기에는 김일성과 김정일, 그리고 항일 빨치산의 연합세력이다. 김일성은 초기 조선노동당을 철저하게 동원함으로써 김정일 승계의 기틀을 다졌고, 김정일은 이를 이어 군과 선전선동시스템을 특별히 활용하면서 후계자의 위치를 사실상 굳혔으며, 1970년대 들어서는 항일 빨치산 세력이 전면에 나서고 이들이 김일성, 김정일과 공고한 협업체제를 구축하면서 김정일의 승계를 내부적으로 매듭지은 것이다. 둘째, 3대혁명소조와 사회주의노동청년동맹은 1970년대 초반 북한 사회 전반으로부터 김정일 승계에 대한 지지를 확보하는 데 매우 중요한 역할을 하였다...
